We recognize that purchasing art through a Chinese Painting Gallery, whether in print or on-line, can be an uncertain process. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase to us within 14 days after you receive it for exchange or refund of the purchase price. Paintings must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, and shipping costs are not refunded.
If you decide to place an order, please provide us with your contact information, so that we will be able to reach you in case we have any questions. Your confidentiality is important to us, and we will not disclose your personal information to third parties.
All the online transactions are made by SSL server (Security Sockets Layer) to secure your personal information such as credit card numbers. After you confirm your order, you are in secure mode and the billing and shipping information will be collected. You will receive your order information via email.
Order, Payment and Delivery
ORDER
Follow the four simple steps to order a painting.
1. Click on the icon with shopping cart next to the painting;
2. Fill out the order form. Your name, a physical address, e-mail address and phone number are mandatory.
3. Choose the payment method.

PAYMENT
We accept different forms of payment via PayPal, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and e-check. We also accept personal checks or money orders made payable to WEI YANG ART, LLC, 274 Nassau, Princeton, NJ 08540, U.S.

PACKING AND SHIPPING
After we confirm your payment, your painting will be delivered to your home or business addresses by USPS express delivery with a special tracking number for domestic delivery (U.S.) and by USPS insured package for international delivery. We cannot deliever the painting to a P.O. Box. Thus, please produce a street address for delivery.
Your order will travel safely in a strong, reinforced mailing tube custom-sized for your painting. All orders are insured against loss and damage during shipment. When we dispatch your order, you will receive a tracking number for a domestic delivery, and an email notification for an international delivery.
If you prefer UPS or FedEx or other shipping methods, you need to cover the extra cost involved in the delivery. Please Contact Us immediately if you have special requests for delivery.
A IMPORTANT NOTE TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The shipping and handling charges posted online reflect the minimum cost for delivering the product in the United States via USPS express delivery. Thus, we can not afford providing our international customers with an express delivery at a domestic rate. We usually choose the best alternative method USPS can offer in light of the destination of your order. As a courtesy, we usually pick up the extra cost for the delivery, plus free packing and handling services. All orders are insured against loss and damage during shipment.

An insured package via USPS is the principle method we prefer for our international delivery. It usually takes about 7 to 10 days for the package to arrive at your door.
